OVER ALL VERY GOOD HOTEL , EXCELLENT SERVICE, SWIMMING POOL NEEDS TO BE A BIT WARMER

Great Quality adult orientated restraunt menu - wonderful duck but limited for childrenswimming pool lovely surroundings but very coldvery helpful reception staff and one of the waiter staff even found us candles for my husbands birthday cake- so helpfulslightly disapointed in the officious resteraunt supervisor who made us wait while he took a phone call (13/11/09) then checked we had signed for our meal- which we had!- great foyer/open bar with cosy firelovely informative concierge who found my daughters phone and chased after her to return itcomfortable bedroomsthe email info re transport from Paris via RER could also contain information direct from Charles De Gaulle and the TGV would have saved us a huge amount of hassle on our journeyGreat value for our stay- had terrible coffee at breakfast- most surprising for the french

The hotel was brilliant. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and make your stay very relaxing. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and would definately go back.

Had an amazing time in France , visited many areas of Paris and local Disney parks. Traveling around and commuting was easy and pleasant , and to arrive back at the Radisson each night made our vacation all that much better. Staff were friendly , room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone - and would certainly return.

The hotel had a great service. The shuttle ran every 20mins (unfortunately till 8pm) and took us to the Disnay Park. There was so much to choose from for breakfast. The appearance of the hotel was always clean and tidy and the staff were always available to help with any query.

Stayed a t Raddsion when visting euro disney, the location was excellent , as there wa a free shuttle bus which starts at 8.30am to 8.00pm every 25 -35 mins depending on traffic. I never waited more than 5 mins for the bus. If you miss the buss in the evening its only 12 euros to hotel from disneyland park. THERE IS NO 57 BUS ANYMORE THAT GOES FROM STATION TO HOTEL IT STOPPED A YR AGO!!!.just stand by the taxi stand and the white shuttle bus will arrive it has a piece of paper with raddsion on it. when you ge to charles de gaulle airport you can get the yellow disney bus yellow bus with disney characters that will take u to station. don`t waste ur money on trains.

Always disappointing when room is for 3 people and you only get 1 cup and 2 glasses. Only enough drink facilities for 2 also.Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning of room each morning not fantastic, no replacement toilet roll, cups/glasses not cleaned and same towels left.Very good overall though, does deserve 4 star rating.K.Jordan

spacious room and bathroom clean and tidy lovely reception lounge area and nice food and we are fussy so excellent choice just right to escape after a disneyfied day at a busy park!

The only bad thing I can say is that the pool was closed for the entire stay (3 nights) which was a bit annoying

Our stay at one of your hotels was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful on the front desk and at the bell desk. The room was well kept and in good order. The coach from the hotel to Disneyland was always on time and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff also. I would tell my friends of this excellent hotel. Rt. Hon. Sir Edward Fenn

Newish, stylish but relaxed. Very professional multilingual staff. Trades heavily on being close to both to Paris CDG airport/Disneyland yet is 30-60/10 mins away from both by taxi (euro 85/15 each) in fields many km from centre. Has free shuttle buses to Disneyland/train station which came in varying sizes/times and finished at 8pm so invariably were full or missed. Excellent and immense breakfast or evening buffet meals. Spa style gym and pool open till 11pm. Overall suits parents and kids without obvious tack of Disney hotels but may miss the point of convenience to either theme parks or Paris itself.

Brief comments - no English TV to enjoy but otherwise excellent...

To cut a long story short 3 friends and I were told upon arrival that the hotel was full, there was a fault in the system and they had no rooms for us but had however arranged accomodation at a near by hotel ( a holiday inn) which we could have booked ourselves had that been where we initially wanted to go!!! They paid the taxi after asking if we had a car, although what were the chances of that since we had travelled from scotland!!! So all i can suggest is that you book with caution, as we did not expect such a hotel to be fully booked in early JANUARY!!!

My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well serviced and the staff very friendly. We made excxellent use of the free hopper bus, and at night after a full day in the parks it was good to get away from the "disney theme" and screaming children!! Many thanks for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Emma

we had a lovely stay at the Radisson, the facilities were great and it was located in the centre of all the attractions.

Very nice hotel, only 5 mins shuttle bus from parks. Rooms and bathroom all very modern and nice. Breakfast was buffet with large selection.

Following transfer from another hotel the Radisson Disneyland offered everything. Location was good with shuttle bus from train station and Disneyland. Overall excellent all round customer service.
