wish there had been extra pillows in the room our request for more had to be made twice before they arrived and the goody bag was very young but didnt spoil our stay Thank you
A wonderful weekend, myself and my children were made to feel special throughout our stay -Beautiful room, food, staff etc, without exception. Thankyou.
was worried that we had paid extra for a nicer hotel and wouldnt get value for money especially with it being in london...but it was great..the staff were very pleasant and helpful and we managed to up grade to a room where we could see the london eye and big ben as our childrens 1st time to london so wanted a great view. would always recomend 5 star to us :)
Hotel made a great effort for kids - goodie bags, pizza making etc but it let itself down with terrible service in the bar and restaurant - almost no service at all ! had to ask for menus , ask for drinks , ask where the drinks were?, ask where the food was etc etc etc also 13 floors of guests need more than 3 lifts !! Great location though !
all great but strange smell in bathroom
An excellent choice for a family holiday. Friendly staff and a full range of facilities to make your holiday totally enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
out for the kids, and all in all made our stay very enjoyable
Rooms great for a family, excellent value for money as well as an idea central place to stay. very friendly and helpful staff too!!!
The helpful and courteous staff and large rooms made our stay very enjoyable. The restaurant is good and prices are very reasonable.
Very good hotel, well located on South Bank, next to County Hall. Services and accommodation both very good.
I stay in a lot of hotels and i have to say this is up there with one of the best i have stayed in really good staff and good food and health suite. should be 5 star not 4
Good Location, but not worth the money! bit disapointed with the room. I wouldn`t have put this as a 4 star hotel. More like a 3. If you are planning to go on the London Eye go early morning as que is silly after 11am
With two small children the family room was an excellent option. All staff were child friendly and the breakfast was very good. The only issue was the noise from the restaurant in the Atrium (in the early hours) as the door from our room overlooked this.
Lovely hotel and extremely well located on the South Bank; very comfortable room; staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.
The room was lovely and very good for a family. Spotlessly clean and by London standards large. It`s a shame that the reception staff were very unfriendly whilst checking in and that I had to return to reception to get the room key to work.
The room was very clean and cleaned every day to a high standard. Staff were helpful and we enjoyed a good meal in the hotel restaurant.
The hotel was excellent. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The studio suite was lovely and the location was ideal. The food was very good and the breakfast was exceptional value. We would definitely like to stay there again - and hope to do so very soon.
Wonderfully helpful and welcoming reception staff. The room was immaculate with everything you would need. The bathroom was spotless with lovely towels, huge shower and bath. Bed was comfortable and lighting was plentiful and bright. Toiletries were in abundance. A bit of a wait for the lifts but made us use the stairs which we should have done in the first place really. Will definately go back again.
This is an excellent hotel.
Myself and my adult daughters were very impressed with the hotel accommodation and staff.Very good valuye for money and excellent facilities in room for kids, rather than use the restaurant.
Was very impressed with the Park Plaza County Hall. The rooms were very clean, modern, and well equiped . The staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the location and value for money couldn`t be beaten. No complaints at all, I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.
Looked after from the moment we stepped in the door. Very friendly, helpful staff. servc second to none. Would definitely stay again and cerainly recommend it.
Me and my partner stayed at the Park Plaza for 2 nights just for a weekend away and we couldn`t have asked for more. The hotel itself is beautifully presented and has very helpful staff. We were even given a free room upgrade! The room we stayed in was a lovely size with a seperate room, frontroom and kitchenette. The view was breathtaking! The hotel were more then happy to hold our bags beyond the 12 o`clock checkout so that we could enjoy the rest of our day. We were a 30 second walk away from the London Eye, Sea Life Aquarium and the Film Museum. On our first evening we chose to eat some boxed noodles from Ned`s Noodles and sit by the London Eye enjoying the view of Big Ben and Parliament - very quiet and idyllic at 11 o`clock at night. We never had to get a taxi anywhere, we were in easy walking distance of Piccadilly, Oxford Street and the West End (25 minute walk max).
A fantastic hotel, clean, nice, well laid out, central for most things. Service was first class, the staff friendly and helpful. The suites with kitchen area`s, what a fantastic idea, great for anyone, but wonderful for families. If i had to offer a negative, I would say....................... bar prices, I did feel that over £3 for a very small bottle of coke was really bad.Breakfast could have been hotter, but on the whole it was delicious
lovely clean fresh rooms, situated brilliantly for sightseeing and west end shows would definitely use again, just one problem was air conditioning, but staff were only too happy to send us a fan.
Access to inernet via tv in room did not work and was not repaired during our stay
Friendly staff especially those on reception and the Spectrum restaurant. The food was delightful. The Concierge was also very helpful and professional. On the down side, we found the breakfast a little disappointing it was lukewarm and not as relaxed as we were, the staff found it hard to understand in the bar, although they were very friendly and helpful tea and coffee were hard to come by. Watch out for banging your toes in the family rooms on the sofa beds it is very painful. On the whole a really nice friendly hotel.
