Quite location about 1 mile from Eiffel Tower in 16th Arondisement. Good sized rooms with standard fittings and fixtures. Clean and modern with helpful staff. There is good underground parking; Metro is 15 mins walk but bus stop only 200m. Hearty breakfast was included. In all a good value hotel.

The room was large and the bed and bedding very comfortable. The hotel has seen better days, however, and the room was in need of refurbishment. I reported that the sink plug was missing on arrival and was told to contact the technician after 9.00 the next morning, by which time I would have left the hotel for sightseeing. I would have thought they could have left instructions for the technician. So, a well-placed hotel for Paris sight-seeing with several cafes/bars nearby and handy for the station.

The hotel was in a good position and the accommodation was average for the price. However, we chose the hotel based on the fact that it had on-site parking and, nowhere in the information, did it state that there would be an issue with vehicle height. We were particularly disappointed that the hotel staff was unhelpful in resolving the issue of where we could find suitable parking. Street parking was the only option we were given but, as this was limited to a maximum of 2 hours at any one time it was impractical, so we checked out after one night.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here weekend just gone. A very short walk from the Seine, excellent restaurants locally, great location. Hotel was clean, room was a little tired, could do with a redec, staff were genuinely excellent, friendly, helpful and pleasant. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely 2 night stop at the hotel whose staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast filling and well presented. All very good.

We were travelling in a party of 6, 3 children, a pensioner with my wife and I.We arrived early and made the request to be ocated on the same floor. The receptionist, Mohamed, told us it would be easier to accomodate us if we were to return after all the check-outs of the day had taken place.By the time we arrived back at the hotel in the late afternoon they had assigned one room each on the 3rd, 5th and 7th floor.Needless ot say we were not happy with the arrangement and lodged complaints but since Mohamed was no longer on duty we were not successful.The following morningwe made a point in questioning him and spoke to his supervisor who was just as lackluster in addressing our concern as he had.

Hotel is situated close to the Eiffel Tower (5 minutes by Metro), buy a day travel pass at the radio France metro station and you will get closer to any place in the town centre (walk in Paris is not very good advise). Room is not too big and not very clean neither, but good enough to sleep. Air aconditioned is quite tricky, but you can set it...breakfast is good and the facility for a private car park is the best(more in Paris), with a good fare value per night,good attention and staff as well,,Jaime

There was a problem in the bathroom - the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. When we booked the room, we paid for the room on the understanding that it was for 3 adults. The room was clearly a double room, with a third bed added. There were only 2 cups, 2 glasses, and the third bed was not a full sized bed. The breakfast was very good, but the food & service in the restaurant in the evening was passable.

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish, friendly staff, clean hotel, everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was perfect and the bar was nice. Location wise it was only a 10 minute walk from Eiffel Tower. Would very much recommend.

The beds were comfy(very big), nice space and bathroom. Confusing lights (switches). A bit too warm in the room somethimes. Not too far from the Eiffel Tower (20 minutes walk).

Could not fault the hotel, quiet, clean and very good service. Breakfast was very good. No hesitation in recommending the hotel.

Clean room and bathroom. no instructions for the safe in English or any language.Only English TV channel (PRIME) was unwatchable. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay with friendly and helpful staff

Extremely hot in Paris and in one of the two rooms the airconditioning was totally ineffective, just made a noise! While we were out someone came into the room to close the curtains and turned the air.con. off antway. Breakfast very disappointing, not the usual choices of good hotels especially breads..only baguettes. Apricot and strawberry jam only, not good.

Good service, friendly staff. only comment bedrooms need new decor as they are a little shabby, but clean.

I can`t really fault the hotel and it`s services except that it`s a bit awkward to get to by Metro. Local shops nearby to buy food and drinks for the day and an excellent Bistro around the corner where I wasn`t ripped off. Good quality breakfast and plenty of it. Overall, an very pleasing result. Recommended.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast ordinary. Easy walk to small variety of restaurants, metro and Tower. Overall we were pleased with the hotel for a two night stay.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and thought it very good value. The breakfast was good and the room was well equipped with fridge, safe, air conditioning...The hotel was extremely quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive - they remembered our apres dinner drink from night to night! Good Italian restaurant just up the road that was convenient and also very nice. Hopefully friends of ours will be staying there at the end of this month having recommended it to them.

Good location. 15 mins walk from Eiffel tower & 3 mins from nearest metro station. Would recommend this hotel to any family with young baby/child. Although in central Paris, actual road where hotel is situated v. quiet. Supermarket 50 yards from hotel makes it even better as able to buy fresh fruit etc daily for picnics in the parks & avoid some of the expensive restaurant bills. Would stay here again in the future.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts. On the downside a kettle would have been a very welcome extra.

Room was comfortable and very clean, bathroom facilities excellent,. As hotel is in a residential area the room was quiet at night. Breakfast was good. 20 minute pleasant walk along the Seine to the Eiffel Tower.

Good clean hotel. Breakfast plentiful. Staff helpful. Situated in quiet position but within easy reach of all major attractions using Metro and buses. No tea/coffee making in room. Would not recommend evening meal in Hotel. Bistro ok.

Found the hotel staff very friendly. Good sized rooms and excellent breakfast that was constantly replenished. Easy to get to most places as Metro about 5-10 minute walk. Map to the hotel might have been helpful when finding it though. 5 of us staying all thought the hotel good value, hotel arranged taxi to the airport which for 5 people worked out better than the shuttle.

Helpful staff, good buffet breakfast, clean and warm - all you could ask for for the very reasonable price. Location excellent - handy for metro and local area interesting too.

Good location for exploring Paris on both banks from (right bank) the Eiffel tower to Notre Dame and (left bank) the Arc de triomphe to Bastille.Restaurants in the area are adequate.Good breakfast daily in the hotel!

Hotel was located ideally for tourists- not so close to the centre to make it expensive, but handy for Metro and centre. Rooms comfortable, food good, staff pleasant and willing, would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel was relatively good value based on its position and services. But the room we stayed in became quite cold throughout our stay (January), even with the bedroom heating thermostat on full the room temperature was still very cold.

we thought the room needed redecorating .The walls looked dirty and I was appalled after looking at the tariff in reception to seeanimals were allowed in the rooms. I dread to think there had been an animal in our room even though there was an unpleasant smell which I couldn`t place.It was either animals or somebody had been smoking.The best of the hotel was the chef.We ate in the bar several times and the food was first class.The breakfast was good .The bar staff were friendly but sometimes we had to search for them to get a drink We would not stay again
