Breakfast was disappointing. Not much choice. Hot only consisted of scrambled egg and sausages.

If there was one thing that can be improved it is the breakfast stocking up and ensuring both coffee machines were in operating condition. Queues too long as coffee machines kept breaking down. We would definitely go to this hotel again.

Hotel fine but breakfast poor,no staff and food running out and not been refreshed. Feel that it would not taken much to improve.

Brillaint stay, staff very helpful and friendly, room very comfortable and clean, food great. Within easy walking distance to 02 so would definitely use hotel again if going to another concert.

Staff very friendly, rooms are lovely and clean. Its in a good location to get in and out of London and Ideal for O2 as walking distance. The hotel serves good meals and there is a great chinese restaurant underneath. We will definately go back!

what I did not like, was that you could come in and help yourself to breakfast, without being challegenged as I know there where people who where not staying at the hotel, but still had a breakfast and took food away with them, not happy bunny, as I paid for my food & room! and no security person on site during day only night!, Manager said it would be sorted.

was ok, bit 2 far away for us with children as the jubilee line was 15 mins walk at least, the line was closed while we was there so it wa a 55 min bus ride to nearest working underground...

This hotel, while a little distance from Central London, was extremely clean, modern and the staff were friendly and keen to be of service. It would be perfect for visiting the O2 and Greenwich. Loved the ease of getting a very cheap taxi to the DLR and the guys the hotel use for taxi service were superb. Would definitely use again.

Excellent staff, very professional, friendly and welcoming. Check in was very quick and fuss-free. The room was very clean and tidy. One downside was shower curtain was broken on one side, but not enough to be a problem. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast. Well done all concerned.

The hotel was very convenient to the 02 arena. the rooms were fairly basic but very clean and the staff were helpful and polite.The hot buffet breakfast was rather disappointing (the only hot food available was sausages and scrambled egg) but we would still stay there again when visiting the 02 arena.

Good location, nice clean room. Breakfast was slightly limites choice but as it is free can`t really complain. Other slight complaint was no bath however there was a shower.

The Hotel was fine.Rooms adequate and clean ,but not very big.Very handy for the O2 if attending any Concerts,it`s a 10 minute walk back to the Hotel when there are massive ques for both taxis and the tube.The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would go again.The price is quite high for what is basically a commuter hotel with not much atmosphere,but if all you want is somewhere to stay after attending the O2 it`s fine

Good Bar food choice and very good free hot breakfast which sets this hotel apart from many of the others. Easy to get into central London via the O2 tube or Sea Cat Clipper taxi which is much nicer and the same price !!!Only downside was one of the lifts broke down for a few days causing long delays to get to your room on the 7th floor !!

Your info is inconsistent with that of the hotel!!!!I arrived at 22.33 (on my car park ticket) 6th June - checked out before noon (approx 8.30) and left (the car park - or tried to) at 17.30 - i.e. 19 hours after arriving.I was charged £10 - despite a heated dispute with the manager.

We stayed at the hotel due to its close proximity to Lady Gaga concert at the O2.It was bad enough that London Transport chose Bank Holiday Monday to close the Jubilee Line thereby stranding us at Greenwich North for about 10 hrs till start time but this was aggravated further by the totally inadequate breakfast provided - no cereals, no juices, no toast or muffins - just scrambled egg and/or bacon. Staff seemed unhelpful and oblivious to our complaint!!I can only hope this was a rarity as on previous stays breakfast has been a highlight - huge and appetizing.

Clean rooms, efficient staff. Breakfast adequet. Couldn`t be better for visiting the o2 and trips down the Thames. Drinks very expensive.

Hotel is within walking distance of the O2, rooms are clean, beds comfortable, staff extremely helpful and breakfast was good. Couldn`t fault it.

Hotel was clean comfortable and the staff polite and efficient. The security cards were a pain [don`t put them anywhere near a mobile phone] Breakfast OK but needed a quicker turn around of trays and cutlery to prevent queueing.

staff were very good at check in with three people attending our needs,also got a call in the room to see if everything was ok,which it was.position is ideal for o2 also tube station not to far away.there is a cinema down the road with food outlets inside also sainsburys is next to that,macdonalds is about half hour walk and greenwich town centre with plenty places to eat there.i will say that breakfast was slightly dissapointing as they had just sausage&scramble egg for hot food,but had plety of fruit,yogurts,bagels,and drinks.all in all i will stay again if we vist the o2 again so would reccomend to anyone for a one or two night stay.

rooms clean and functional - no frills, but at a great price, who cares?!! The tube was nearby and very easy to find. A good location for getting into central london - especially as you can also use the Clipper barges, which make a nice change from the hustle of the tube.

We used it for a one night stay for us to attend the Carmen concert at the o2 arena and the hotel is perfect for that. A short walk to the arena
