Was a nice treat to stay some where that was quality throughout, can`t find any fault.

very relaxing, friendly centre, clean comfortable hotel with great staff and a cracking location. lots of lovely bars and places to eat. Holborn tube very close by. Hotel bar expensive like all london hotels but was no need to drink there as plenty alternatives. we loved it, great brekkie and lovely room

This is the best hotel I have stayed in in London! Location is fantastic for Covent Garden, a 10/15 minute walk to the theatre district. The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, would highly reccommend and will go back again!

I booked this for my mum and dad as a birthday treat - it was ideal as they were also booked to see Oliver, which is literally across the road. Unfortunately the hotel was overbooked and sent my mum and dad to their sister hotel (which apparently is nicer, but much further away). I called to make sure that taxi fares would be covered and the lady was very nice and there were no qualms about this. Sadly, my mum and dad were put in a very small room at the sister hotel so that was another disappointment. A shame really as it did spoil their weekend a bit and I doubt I would consider booking here again.

my original booking was to the kingshall which had a whole host of facilities such as a pool and sauna. Unfortunately due to the hotel over booking i was transfered to the Westbury. the hotel was a five star hotel set in wonderful location, however lacked the facilities we required. the room was very dated and did not include a decent shower. I hope the next time i book inot the kingshall that i manage to actually stay there.

booking on line can be a bit of a lottery but we certainly hit the jackpot this time! location could not have been better as the theatre was only a short walk away as was the underground andcovent garden.The hotel was well maintained and the staff were excellent.

The room was very clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, Mini Bar well stocked but expensive, Tea (etc) making facilities Okay, Bathroom clean and cosy but towels were a bit tired. I complained on both days about the Television because the channels buttons would not work correctly and not all the channels were available. Promises were made but nothing was done. Therefore my rating for this hotel has demoted it to a 3 star. We`ll have to be transferred to the Westbury next time

Only got to the Desk as our room was double booked. Ok we had Taxi travel to another Hotel but as we mislayed one of the receipts we were nine pounds out of pocket, plus extra time lost traveling in an extremely hot taxi on a very busy saturday with mass diversion on the roads

I read reviews on TripAdvisor before booking this hotel and was aware of the common issue of arriving at the hotel to be told they had "a problem with the system". Thinking this is probably a rare occurrence I bit the bullet and went for it anyway. Lo and behold....arrived at check in and you can guess the rest. Anyway, I stood my ground and room was duly found. Aside from that, the hotel is ok and the service is probably above average I would say - the air con wasn`t working in our room but a fan was delivered within 5 minutes of reporting the problem. Breakfast was a buffet affair and pretty much as you`d expect. In summary, if you want a hotel in a good central location (only 5 mins walk to Covent Garden/West End) then you could do a lot worse. Just make sure you go prepared for the "booking problem".

Room excellent.All staff friendly and helpful - from check in, to dining, to cleaning staff, and concierge.Safe room for bags..Covent Garden, Trafalger Squ, Leicester Squ, British Muaeum, National Gallery and theatres all within walkable distance.Room spotless and comfortable.Buffet breakfast excellent - especially the scrambled eggs.Dinner in restaurant very good.Not the cheapest but very good value.Would stay there again. Location, location, location.Thank you for an excellent stay.

Perfect location for theatre and convent garden. Good sized rooms, clean and nicely decorated. Perfect full english breakfast!

We were very well looked after, from the moment we arrived, until our departure. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. If visiting London again, I would have no hesitation in booking Kingway Hall again. A very enjoyable stay.

Disappointed that our original booking was unavailable as we specifically wanted to be located in Covent Garden, however we were accomodated at the Westbury which was superb. Our taxi fares to and from Covent garden were covered so we were more than satisfied with the alternative arrangement. Would book again as the location is perfect for our needs while staying in London, hopefully we will actually get to stay there next time !!

Very comfortable and clean rooms, staff were superb - very friendly and helpful. Cocktails were great (!) and the breakfast range very good. Overall for a hotel in such a fantastic location you couldn`t ask for more. Nice added touch of the private spa just completed what was a great weekend. Will be back for sure.

The hotel was lovely, food was very good and customer service was excellent. It was in a great spot - very central to everything. The rooms were excellent and cleaned each day. We would recommend this hotel and would visit again. Only complaint is that the drink was a bit expensive but then that is London in general and we were maybe not used to this.

From the information online I believed the room to be larger than the ones my friends & I had with a decent view!!! The trip was to celebrate the 50th birthday of Mrs Moon & to look over a concrete central area in a dark room was certainly NOT expected!!!

A good hotel clean and smart. Doorman friendly ,reception not particularly friendly to the point of limited eye contact and no smile. It makes a difference!.Beds very hard and dislike rubber mattress protection. Breakfast good and restaurant staff friendly and corteous. Booked double room and extra bed had to wait for this and extra tea mug would have been nice not to have to ask for these things.

Very nice staff friendly, bit of a walk for theatres if you are coming for that, but all In all good :D

we have stayed here a number of times and can always be guaranteed good service, good food and very pleasant staff. The rooms are excellent and we have learned to request one away from the main road (it`s much quieter). The location makes it ideal for theatre, shopping and site seeing. Thank you - we`ll be back!!

I am 6 feet 1 inches tall (not exceptionally tall) and feel the beds within our room 423 was too small in length and far too hard to enjoy a reasonable nights sleep. I was really tired following our 3 night stay having to endure the problems with the bed

PLEASE PLEASE ask the kitchen to tell me what that super/gorgeous bacon was at breakfast.After that experience I will never buy Sainsbury bacon again.You should possibly make more of the fact that the NCP Car Park is a matter of 250 metres away. Big selling point, I would have thought

Having spent a long time deciding on the hotel in London I wanted to book for a weekend away with friends, we arrived on a Friday afternoon to be told that the hotel were overbooked and that we were being booked into their sister hotel near picadilly! Not the start I had hoped for. The gentleman booking in at the same time said this hotel was notorious for doing it and that trip advisor was full of reviews identifying this as a problem with the hotel. I hadn`t pick this up. I refused to be sent to the other hotel and funnily enough they were ae to find the two twin rooms I had booked. Other issues, room was very hot and with air con on it was very noisy. Apart from that great location for visiting Coventry garden and theatres. Breakfast was very good.
