Room was good size and very clean, extremely comfortable bed.Great location between Arc and the Trocadero, easy walk to metro.Breakfast was better than many I`ve had in Paris hotels and general service at check in/out was good.

We really liked the hotel. It`s location was central & perfect for sight seeing. The staff were all friendly & helpful & the rooms were of a high standard of cleanliness. The only thing we didn`t like so much about the hotel was the breakfast. You had to be up early or a lot of things ran out namely cooked items & croissants. This was a bit disappointing as we wanted a lie in on our holidays!

You just cannot fault the Waldorf Trocadero. From the minute you arrive the staff are so attentive and helpful, the rooms are absolutely brilliant and the food at breakfast was wonderful and fresh. The reception staff booked our evening show and dinner cruise and it was all so easy and cost no more. The position of the hotel is brilliant. Although we love walking and did walk a long long way, it was nice that the Metro was just at the bottom of the next street so we also used that a lot as well. Within 10 minutes walk you were faced with the brilliant sight of the Eifal Tower and from then on it was one sight after the other. We have already recommended the hotel to our daughter for when she visits Paris next year and we only hope she has such a wonderful time as we did in lovely lovely Paris.

Waldorf Hotel was a fatastic venue for visiting Paris, the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, the continental breakfast was delicious and the service was ist class. we would definately stay in this hotel again

The hotel is in a great location to see the near by sites and to go for meals, etc. Staff are well presented and are very friendly whicjh made us feel relaxed. As this was promoted as a 4 star hotel you might of expected a bit of a waow factor and although we really enjoyed our stay, we only returned to the hotel to sleep and get cleaned up!

The Waldorf Trocadero is situated in a great place for seeing the sights of Paris by foot. It`s a very comfortable and cosy hotel but the rooms are quite small and I did expect more for the price of the stay.

The hotel was simply fantastic. Very helpfull staff, we wanted to find a romantic restaurante, and asked which one the receptionist would reccomend. Not only did she pick a great place, but she booked us in and even offered us a taxi. Simply excellent!

Our first trip to Paris for 25 years and staying at your hotel made it very special. We loved everything from the wonderful placing so close to everything to the attractive and attentive staff and the lovely breakfast.The only possible downside was that there was only one big fluffy bathrobe and no tea and coffee making facilities, otherwise perfect and we shall be back very soon.Thank you for looking after usClare Morton

I would stay again. Courteous and helpful staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms, though small. Within short walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, etc. When I return to Paris, the Waldorf Trocadero is number one on my list!

Lovely room,nice location although a bit off the beaten track and the nearest Metro is not Victor Hugo but Boissieres on line 12.Staff very helpful and pleasant as good as any of the four times we have been to Paris.

This was a lovely little hotel - breakfast was SUPERB!!!! It lets itself down with the lack of bar & dining facilities. It would have been really nice to have come back after a long day around Paris to a nice drink (or two!!) in the bar & somewhere lovely to eat. It meant that we HAD to go out to eat when all we wanted to do was relax. Also the rooms were a little small for a 4 star. This would probably be judged as a very good 3 star in England. All in all a lovely trip but would try a different hotel next time.

The hotel is quite small but the extremely friendly staff are most helpful which makes up for its shortcomings. The rooms are small but impeccably clean. The best thing going for the hotel is its close proximity to the Champs Elysee & the Eiffel Tower.

we only stayed for 1 night but the hotel was everything we wished for small and informal with very helpful staff, when we go back again will have no hestitation in booking there.l

ACCOMMODATING STAFF, NO FOOD AT HOTEL, BUT PLENTY OF CAFES A BLOCK AWAY

It was a nice hotel, but the heat in our room didn`t work and the TV was missing some channels due to technical problems, so no CNN or English channels. The internet wasn`t working either. The room had a pillar or column in it which made moving around in it a bit of a challenge. I don`t know if we just go a weird room or what. We thought breakfast was included and ended up paying quite a bit for a pot of coffee. Our reservation said breakfast was included?

a good hotel, small for the price, no bar facilities but good minibar in room. capable and willing staff with english. good location in residential area but very close to trocadero area and metro.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and modern. Excellent service and breakfast. My only criticism is that the room was much smaller than expected and the dining area is a little squashed. Hotel is very central though and close enough to walk to all the main sights and museums.

Location was very good for the Arch de Triumph, Eiffel Tower and other highlights. No bar or restaurant and a cramped breakfast area lets this hotel down. I would not categorise this as a 4 star, it is more reflective of a 3 star.

the american lady (cant remember her name) was the most helpful person i have ever came across in a customer relations environment. hotel was also very clean and tidy in a good location

The service that I was aforded was exceptional, even down to Sylvia booking me two tickets at the Molin Rouge plus a return taxi. The hotel was very well presented and I wish the owners, management and other staff a happy and busy future, they deserve it.
