I travelled to London with my husband and 3 children (14, 12, 8) on 10 August and stayed in Crown Moran Hotel for 4 nights. It was wonderful, lovely spacious rooms, fab breakfasts ~ we ate like kings and I want to give a special mention to the housekeeping staff. We checked out on Saturday morning at approx 9.30 , and left our luggage as our flight was not until 20.30hrs. At approx 1.00 p.m. my husband noticed that he did not have his mobile, we rang the hotel and they rang back within 15 mins to say that it had been found and was kept safely at reception for us. Location was very good also, a bit far out from central London but bus from door of hotel to Kilburn tube so getting to central London took about 20 mins in total. We will be back!

If there had to be a downside it would be location as the nearest tube station was closed on our weekend, which isn`t the hotels fault. But they were great instructing us where to go to use the buses and tubes.

The ONLY fault with this hotel was it`s location. I read it was 20 minutes from west end, but it actually took 45 minutes by cab (and receptionist stated it could take up to an hour depending on time of day). On a positive note, the rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable. Facilities were great and breakfast was superb. Staff were very helpful.

Rooms cleaned and personal effects well arranged. Verry attentive staff.Could be better still to have a small fridge in the rooms for late night needs for a drink of water or juice. All in all a restful break. Would definitely go back.

the hotel is much more than ten mins walk from kilburn tube. This should be revised on website as misleading

Rooms clean and tidy - staff helpful and friendly

We stayed at this Hotel as it was resonably priced, I have 2 children of whome loved staying there,I think maybe the pool was a big attraction for them!!.. It was much nicer than I imagined, the room was very spacious and clean, the staff where very helpfull, we had full English breakfast it was delicious, there was plenty of fresh fruite etc, tea/coffee plentiful. It is only a short trip into the City centre. I will definately be returning soon. Highly recommend to anyone. 1st Class....

Double room was very large and comfortable. Television was a little outdated, but as the hotel is only a 15 minute tube ride to the London Towers, we did not spend much time watching TV. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to London.

Would recoment to all who are going to London weather it was couples, groups of friend etc
