The room and hotel was generally speaking very clean and tidy and staff were polite. However, this trip was our wedding anniversary and we were extremely disappointed to discover upon our return after mid-night that we had a leaking toilet in our ensuite. In the morning I reported this to reception who cleared the water spillage and when we left I reported the problem again as I did not want the next occupant to suffer the same problem. The reception staff were again polite and apologetic but made no effort to recompense us for this most unfortunate situation. Can`t say I will be recommending this hotel to any of my friends or family !!!!!

We have stayed here before and really like this hotel, it is nicely decorated, very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Decent sized bed and we always have a really good nights sleep here.

Hotel ok, rooms not very big, with the main having small bits of plaster falling off and painted over. Plus got charged £2.50 for porridge, didnt have porridge, dont even know why you would have porridge in a hotel room. Hotel said they would re-emburse my bank account but they still havent.

We stayed in London to see two shows and this hotel was in walking distance to both theatres, close to Oxford Street for shopping and Covent Garden for restaurants - ideal. Clean, comfortable, high ceiling made room feel large and the staff were efficient and friendly. Will be booking again.

Ideally located for the Dominion Theatre, Oxford street and the main attractions, this little hotel is very smart and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food at the attached restaurants Mybar and Pinchito Tapas is very good and reasonably priced. Just right for a one-night stopover, you`d need a bit more space for a longer stay - though you could book a suite....

Friendly staff, small comfortable hotel, ideal location for Euston station and West End theatres. We had no need for tube,bus or taxi. Our room was on the small side but had everything we needed.

The hotel was well placed for museums etc. and the tube station. However, it was expensive and our price didn`t include breakfast. We felt the rooms and facilities were all good and comfortable but the room was a little on the small side.

Average hotel with basic amenities. Not very good value for money even at internet discount rates. Double room was tiny and not adequate. Its was not possible to walk both sides of the bed! Good examples of tinyness,being the biscuits, 1/3 of a traditional shortbread biscuit. The hotel has good marketing and good branding style. Good location close to Leister sq.

We had a great time at this hotel, very relaxing, clean and modern.Our only complaint would be that the cleaners were so noisy in the morning, and a lot of door slamming. But overall a great stay.

A pleasantly distinctive hotel. Modern decor. The rooms ar very small (well mine was) but clean and quiet. So more a hotel for a stop over if you are in town for the night rather than extended stays. But if you are going out to the theatre - have your pre-show dinner in the hotel bar, you may not find nicer for double the price.

Hotel much better than expected considering its location. Clean and comfortable rooms with some nice extra touches. Lovely toiletries in bathroom. Was also surprised to find a gym and spa (did not realise otherwise would have come prepared). Bar area had a nice chilling out aura and barman friendly. Did not have time to make use of tapas bar next door but there`s always another time. Would go back.

Nice hotel in a quiet location, close to tottenham court road tube station and the west end. Got a room up grade which was nice. The hotel was small but quiet with a bar and restaurant. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was no cooked breakfast. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Very pleasant stay, room well equipped and very quiet. Breakfast good. All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Would certainly recommend the hotel and would not hesitate to stay again. Was a little dearer than I had originally intended paying for overnight accommodation - but it was well worth the extra.

Loved this hotel and would love to go back, room was nice size and bed was proper double so hubby and I actually managed to sleep soundly, last time we came to London the Hotel was really good but the bed was tiny and we didn`t speep a wink. Very contemporary style room and surroundings, can`t comment on the food as we went out for dinner and breakfast but looking in the room as we left in the morning the food did look lovely, having said that it should be as it cost £18 for full english. Only down side of the weekend was we left after the theatre to go back to our hotel for a drink and there was a private party, wish they had let us know this as we would have changed our plans and stayed near the theatre afterwards for a drink. But otherwise fantastic and highly recommend this hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are well appointed and clean, if a bit small. We found the room very warm, even with the air con on full. It would have been nice to be able open the window. The location is a real plus with most of the big attractions within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay. 3 of our 10 rooms were upgraded to superior at no extra charge. my only niggle is that anything you order from the bar has a 10% tip added to it AND a service charge!! Makes things quite a lot more money and is not put down as an optional charge. but this is only a minor complaint. Fab location too and excellent treatment in the Spa!

Nice building containing a stylish well designed boutique style hotel. Great location just off Tottenham Court Road which is excellent for West End theatre, shopping and lots of cultural activities. Staff reasonably friendly. Bar rather empty when we visitied late on a Saturday night - could do with a bit more "buzz" about it. Smallish room but well equiped and comfortable. Downside is that the location of the hotel means it is quite noisy at the front (don`t know about the rear) with traffic and people at night. Overal though very good.

Minimalist in design, smallish room

The hotel is located in a fantastic location a maximum of five minutes walk frm the tube station. The Theatre and shopping disticts are right on your door step, plus there are great tourist attractions also within walking distance.The hotel itself is friendly modern and clean with great facilities. We only wish we had more time to spend at the hotel. Its definately one we will be visiting again and again and again.

The stay started with my friend and I who had clearly stated a twin room being given a double. The initial person I spoke to at reception was not able to help at all and I was passed over to the Duty manager, who arranged another double room free of charge, plus upon request we were given complimentary drinks at the bar for the inconvenience. However, despite the DM explaining this to the bar staff we were later given the third degree by the same bar tender regarding why we had not paid the bill. This was in front of the evening duty manager who, after letting the bar tender rant at us for 5 minutes only then decided to come over and explain that he knew about the whole thing and all was fine. I wonder why he didnt come over earlier instead of watch and listen to his staff member question us - perhaps he was bored! This combined with a completely inadequate shower and a room showing wear will ensure that I do not return. What a shame as the location was great.
